A new five-storey 4* hotel located among some of the city's most important landmarks, featuring twenty-four rooms and fifty beds.

Private Residence

A three-storey residence with pilotis space in Anavros, Volos. One of the few buildings of the city featuring metal frame construction with reinforced concrete elements.

Kouvaraki Nursery School

A prototype nursery school which features a metal canopy with  decorative holes that marks the façade and the main entrance, while providing partial protection from the weather.
