The nursery school is located in a middle north plot and is in contact with the southwest and northwest part of the plot, leaving the main uncovered area in its northeastern part towards Tertseti Street. An indoor uncovered space has been created towards the southwestern border.

The station extends on three levels; the ground floor accommodates 
the infants 'rooms, while the first floor accommodates the babies' rooms, the administration office and the multipurpose office. In the basement, the auxiliary spaces of the building are located.

On the façade, the metal canopy with the decorative holes, two-storey in height, provides partial protection from the weather. A smaller canopy with a similar metal support column, protects and marks the main entrance. The window frames with their recesses and protrusions are placed at unequal heights, offering different views.
