The store is located in the centre of Volos, in the main shopping axis of the city, at the junction of Ermou and Topali streets. It was constructed as an addition to an existing ground floor stone building with the commitment to keep the stone masonry on the ground floor, in order to make full use (100%) of the existing coverage of the plot of 146.36 sq.m. The total area of the store is 260.18 sq.m.

The load-bearing structure of the building is made of stone on the ground floor and metal frame on the floors, with light material (YTONG) filling, while the roof of the second floor, which is located within the small building's recess, is made of metal frame with aluminum panels.

The architecture of the building is simple with large symmetrical openings on the ground floor and floors, so that the merchandise of the store is displayed in the best way. The logotype on the black metal sheets which frame the openings function both as a decorative element but also as a reference point.
