The old two-storey stone house of 173.68 sq.m., is located within the settlement of Ag. Dimitriou D. Zagoras-Mouresiou, in a plot of 2,976.65 sq.m.
 

Repair works were carried out with universal grouting and filling grouts, reinforced coatings, repair of roofs and pergolas, replacement of frames with new wooden ones according to traditional standards, change of the interior layout and construction of a new fireplace. New paving and planting were also constructed in the external sitting area.
